Bouquet Built By Her" title graphic featuring lush pink roses, sunflowers, and mixed blooms in white buckets, with the tagline "Tatiana Cole isn't selling flowers. She's creating moments, one bloom at a time.

You pick up a stem. A soft blush rose, maybe, or something with a little more drama. You hold it next to something feathery and white and decide yes, that works. Across the table, a little girl is arranging her flowers with the kind of focused seriousness usually reserved for much more important things.

Maybe it is important. Maybe that is exactly the point.

This is what Tatiana Cole built. Not a flower shop. An experience.

Bloom Social 850 is a mobile bouquet bar that comes to you. Book it for your bridal shower, your birthday, your baby shower, your wedding, and Tatiana arrives with fresh florals sorted by color and variety, a curated palette designed so that whatever combination you choose works beautifully together, and a selfie mirror waiting at the end for the moment you hold up what you made and realize it is actually stunning. You pick your flowers, arrange them, choose your own chiffon ribbon, trim your stems, and leave with something you built yourself.

It sounds simple. It feels like something more.

What makes the story of Bloom Social interesting is not the flowers. It is the woman who never planned to work with them.

Tatiana spent years in hospitality management, where she learned that what keeps a guest is not a product. It is a feeling. Then she saw a bouquet bar on TikTok and something clicked. Not as a business calculation. As a personal reaction. This was something she would want at her own party.

“I’ve never thought of starting a flower shop or doing anything with flowers at all,” she says. But she recognized the idea immediately, and she trusted that instinct.

She is not a floral expert and will tell you so herself. What she is, is someone who understands how people feel when they are given space to create something and leave with evidence of a moment they actually lived. That is hospitality. It just happens to involve flowers.

The details of a Bloom Social experience reflect that philosophy. The curated palette means guests cannot really make a wrong choice. The ribbons are deliberately left unselected so each guest can choose her own, one more small moment of creativity in an experience built around the pleasure of making something your own.

She expected to love it. What surprised her was how immediately everyone else loved it too.

When she watched guests standing at her bloom bar, arranging their flowers, laughing, holding up finished bouquets with something close to pride, she had her answer. “People really enjoy the experience,” she says, “and that’s what it’s all about.”

Her typical guest is a woman or a child, and often both in the same room. All ages, all fully committed to the serious business of choosing exactly the right bloom.

The 850 in the name is not an afterthought. When Tatiana sets up at a local business for a pop-up, she is thinking about what the event does for that business too, how two small businesses can build something together that neither could build alone. It is the kind of community-minded thinking that is becoming a defining characteristic of how women are growing businesses along the Emerald Coast.

A white tiered stand holds buckets of flowers sorted by type and color, including mums, roses, sunflowers, carnations, baby's breath, and greenery.

Tatiana Cole thought she would spend her career in hospitality. She thought she knew the shape her life would take.

“You just never know where your path will lead you,” she says. “I know in my heart this is what I’m supposed to be doing.”

She is not a flower expert. She is something more useful than that. She is someone who knows how to make people feel welcome, and who had the clarity to recognize a beautiful idea when it found her.

The ribbon is yours to choose. The bouquet is yours to build. That has always been the whole point.
