I acknowledge that Founding Partner benefits are subject to the terms of my advertising agreement, including any continuous enrollment requirements necessary to maintain locked pricing and associated perks. I understand that specific placement opportunities may rotate based on publication scheduling and inventory availability.

To reserve your place as one of Emerald Coast Woman's Founding 15 Partners, please complete the selections below. Founding 15 status is available exclusively to advertisers who commit prior to the debut issue and is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are selecting your preferred ad size and corresponding Founding 15 rate.
You are choosing your desired commitment term.
Your Founding 15 rate will remain locked for the full duration of your selected commitment.
Submission of this application constitutes a commitment to participate in the program if accepted.
Upon acceptance, a Payment Authorization Form and invoice will be issued separately.
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice to secure your placement, benefits, and Founding 15 status.
Founding 15 status, pricing, and benefits are available only to partners who commit prior to the debut issue of Emerald Coast Woman.
All Founding 15 benefits, recognition, and placement guarantees are subject to the terms outlined in the Founding 15 Partner Agreement.

By submitting this form, the Advertiser acknowledges and agrees to enter into a binding advertising contract with Emerald Coast Woman and Saltgrass Publishing. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, and advertising placement will be secured only after payment has been received and confirmed.
